The absence of antimatter in our universe is one of the most important themes in contemporary physics, and neutrino physics plays a cosmologically important role from multiple angles. This talk reviews the fundamental properties of antimatter and neutrinos, and discusses the possibility of generating matter through neutrinos. Recent research addressing a tension between this matter generation and grand unified theories is also introduced.
